Great location, just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and plenty of dining options nearby. The room felt spacious and was kept clean daily. Both the heating and cooling systems worked well, keeping us comfortable. The staff provided helpful local tips. Breakfast had a decent variety, although seating in the breakfast room was cramped, making it uncomfortable at times. Shower space was a bit limited, and the shower doors were prone to coming off the tracks. We had a bit of trouble with the noise from the bar downstairs during the night, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Still, this hotel is a solid choice for those wanting to explore Venice.

i almost had a good experience, but the shower flooded my bathroom, and the bar noise was inescapable til midnight. one might expect a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but instead, i received absolutely nothing. clearly, customers like me don’t matter.

Room felt so cramped—definitely not the ideal space for two!!! An iron would have been nice as it’s such a standard in many places!!! Just expect to deal with late-night noise from the restaurant!!!

I had a pleasant stay! The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the daily maid service kept everything spotless, but the room had a slightly strange setup with no mirror at the dressing table. I'd definitely come back!
